Churrascos in Iowa

Another churrasco was in order since Josh has been asked to cater a Brazilian Churrasco for a small group of business men in Cedar Falls. He is under the gun to master the differences and is working on perfecting the experience at home with friends. The following picture is from this weekend's churrasco. Next weekend we will do the same thing for Josh's co-workers and their families.


So far we have been able to find a local butcher to prepare the cuts of meat desired, but we still need to figure out some other things to make it even more enjoyable. More to come.
