Four Wheeler

Josh finalized one of his 2010 goals by selling the four wheeler that he's had since high school. Before advertising he cleaned it up and rode around our yard with Vivi. It was a bittersweet day for him the day he sold it. A fellow John Deere employee bought it to add to his four wheeler collection.

Over the last few months...

• We found out we're having another baby, due in October.
• I joined a MOPS group and started attending meeting in February.
• We invested in our first rental property.
• Josh and I traveled to Florida to Tony Robbins seminar in March, first trip together without the girls.
• Due to the seminar Josh stopped eating meat and dairy (yikes!). I’ve just stopped eating meat (most of the time) and reduced dairy.
• We came home in March to our basement flooded due to the quick snow melt. Oh well…at least there was no more snow outside when we returned from Florida.
• I’m so happy that winter is finally over. It was a long one, especially, after 3 southern Brazil winters.
• We settled on Prairie Lakes Church for our home church.
• Vivi’s new words lately have been fabulous, delicious, and decorations. I love deciphering her 3 and 4 syllable words.
• Valentina is learning to use the potty. I’m planning to start potty training this summer.
• We bought a bicycle and tricycle for the girls. They ride them everyday it’s not raining.
• We spotted a scarlet tanager in our yard this evening. It’s going to be a great summer!
